Finn the Fish
In the deep blue ocean, there lived a bright orange fish named Finn. Finn was small and round with shiny scales. He had big eyes and a smile on his face. Finn lived near a colorful coral reef with all his sea friends. There were clownfish, starfish, crabs, and sea turtles. Finn was special because he was the friendliest fish in the whole ocean. No matter who he met, Finn always said hello and made them smile.
Making Friends Everywhere
Every morning, Finn would swim through the reef and greet everyone. 'Good morning, Mrs. Crab!' he would say. Mrs. Crab was grumpy, but Finn's friendly wave made her smile a little. 'Hello, Mr. Turtle!' Finn called out. Mr. Turtle was slow, but he always had time to say hi back to Finn. Even the shy fish hiding in the coral liked Finn. He was never too busy to stop and say hello. Finn's friends noticed that the whole ocean seemed happier when Finn was around.
The Scary Shadow
One day, a big shadow swam over the reef. It was a big shark! All the little fish got scared and hid. The sharks in the ocean were known to be grumpy and unfriendly. Everyone stayed quiet and hidden in their homes. But Finn saw that the shark looked sad, not scary. The shark was swimming all alone. No fish ever said hello to him. Finn thought this was very sad. Everyone deserved a friend, even big sharks.
A New Friend
Finn swam out from the coral. 'Hello there!' he called out to the big shark. The shark was surprised. 'You're not scared of me?' he asked. Finn smiled. 'No, you look like you need a friend!' The shark's eyes got wide. Nobody had ever been nice to him before. From that day on, the big shark was friends with Finn and all the reef fish. He helped protect them, and they all played together. Finn showed everyone that being kind and saying hello can make even the biggest, scariest friends into the best friends. The end.
