A heartwarming tale about a shy little mouse who finds her voice and learns that even quiet ones have important things to say.

In a cozy house, behind the kitchen wall, lived a tiny gray mouse named Mimi. Mimi was very quiet. She had a small, squeaky voice that was hard to hear. All the other mice were loud and chatty. They talked about cheese and crackers and adventures. But Mimi mostly just listened. She had lots of ideas and stories in her head, but she was too shy to speak. Her voice was so tiny, she was afraid nobody would hear her anyway.

One day, the mice found a big problem. The family had left a big jar of cookies on the table! The cookies looked delicious with chocolate chips and sugar sprinkles. But the jar was very tall and heavy. The mice couldn't reach it by jumping. They needed to make a plan to get up there. All the big loud mice started shouting ideas. 'We should build a tower!' said one. 'We should use a string!' said another. Everyone was talking and arguing. Mimi knew a better idea, but she was too scared to speak.

The mice tried all their loud ideas, but nothing worked. The tower fell down. The string was too short. They were getting frustrated. Then the oldest mouse, Grandpa Whiskers, looked at Mimi. 'Mimi,' he said kindly, 'I see you thinking. Do you have an idea?' Mimi's heart beat fast. All the mice looked at her. She took a deep breath and squeaked her tiny voice. 'We could climb the curtain and jump onto the chair!' she whispered. Everyone was quiet for a moment.

Grandpa Whiskers smiled big. 'That is a wonderful idea, Mimi!' All the mice cheered. They climbed the curtain, jumped to the chair, and reached the cookies! Mimi felt so proud. She had helped! From that day on, Mimi learned that her voice didn't have to be loud to be heard. She started talking more and sharing her good ideas. The mice loved her ideas, and Mimi learned that even the quietest, smallest voices could be very important. The end.
